TikTok posts
A new post alert with the caption, cover image, profile thumbnail, and a View on TikTok button.
Socials Portal
Creator alerts for Discord.
New-post alerts for TikTok and YouTube on Free. Paid adds instant LIVE alerts for TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch. The dashboard sets the channel, the role ping, and the look of each alert.
Post alerts
New posts, in the channel you pick.
TikTok posts, YouTube videos, Shorts, and Premieres each have their own switch.
YouTube videos
New uploads get their own alert with the title, the description, and the thumbnail.
YouTube Shorts
Shorts can use a separate channel and ping role from regular videos.
YouTube Premieres
Premiere alerts include the scheduled start time, with their own channel and role.
Separate switches
Each post type has its own on/off switch, channel, and optional role mention.
New posts only
The first post or video it sees is a starting point, so alerts are for content detected after that.
LIVE alerts
One message that stays current.
LIVE alerts are included with Paid. Embeds update in place, then switch to the ended stats. Supporter lines are paid.
TikTok LIVE
The embed shows the title, current, peak, and total viewers, how long it has been live, a profile image, artwork, and a Watch on TikTok button.
YouTube LIVE
LIVE alerts show the title, current and peak viewers, live-since time, artwork, and a Watch Live button.
Twitch LIVE
Twitch alerts show the title, category, current and peak viewers, live-since time, and a Watch on Twitch button.
One updating message
Viewer counts refresh on the same message. When the stream ends, that message shows final viewers and duration.
Top Gifters
Paid TikTok LIVE embeds list up to three gifters by rank and name.
Top supporters
Paid YouTube LIVE embeds list up to three Super Chat and Super Sticker supporters, with amounts.
Top Cheerers
Paid Twitch LIVE embeds list up to three cheerers by rank and name.
Keeps its place
Saved state avoids duplicate alerts and continues a LIVE message after a normal restart. TikTok keeps the last viewer count when an update is incomplete.
Setup and dashboard
Configure it without a command list.
Managers sign in with Discord, set defaults, and send a test before a real alert goes out.
Discord dashboard
Sign in with Discord and configure servers where you have Manage Server.
Platform defaults
Set the channel, ping role, and accent for new creators. Accent can be the platform color, a custom color, or none.
Test alerts
Send a sample LIVE or post alert. Samples leave monitoring history intact.
Creator controls
Pause, resume, edit, or remove a creator, and turn each alert type on or off.
Bot appearance
Set a nickname and avatar for Socials Portal in each server.
Custom LIVE look
Paid servers can add a LIVE banner and a creator note or schedule. Line breaks are kept. Free alerts use a watermark and an upgrade line, and skip that branding.
Channel check
The dashboard checks View Channel, Send Messages, Embed Links, message history for LIVE edits, and the selected role mention.
Plans
Free and paid.
